Disinfecting the House

OK so four sick children, three with flu like symptoms on Tamaful and one with a sinus infection on antibiotics, two really exhausted parents of children with high fevers in the middle of the night, lots of runny noses, but I refuse to get sick...I'm disinfecting every crevice of my house! Does it count as exercise if you are pushing the 30lb floor mate to scrub the floors while holding your 17lb baby? I certainly hope so because I'm sweating up a storm.
